Your Legal Rights

As a consumer purchasing from Breathz.co.uk, you have the following legal rights under UK and EU law:

Online Purchases (Distance Selling)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods ("cooling-off period" or "withdrawal period").
• You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within this 14-day period.
• You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.
• After informing us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
• The refund will not include the cost of any type of the delivery.
• You will bear the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods

For UK customers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and for EU customers under consumer protection regulations:

• You have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described within 30 days of ownership and get a full refund.
• After 30 days and within 6 months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty goods. If this fails, you're entitled to a full or partial refund.
• After 6 months, the burden is on you to prove the fault was present at the time of delivery.

Exclusions to the Right to Cancel

By law, you cannot return:

• Items that have been unsealed after delivery, if they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including nasal strips once the packaging has been opened).
• Items that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised.

How to Return

1. Notify Us: Email returns@breatz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Cancellation Form: You may use free cancellation form, or provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

3. Return the Goods: Return the unused product in its original packaging to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

• We will process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of:
  • Receiving the goods back, or
  • If no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed of your decision to cancel.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• For EU customers, all reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Country-Specific Provisions

While we strive to maintain consistent policies across all markets, consumer protection laws may vary between the UK and different EU member states. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, the latter shall prevail.
